Terms and conditions of sale
These terms apply to UK consumer purchases from WEE CONSULT LTD (company number 14581218), trading as Williams of Windsor at williamsofwindsor.com. Mandatory UK consumer rights prevail over any conflicting term.
Products and orders
We retail furniture sourced through third-party suppliers, which may dispatch the products directly to customers. Product descriptions, dimensions and agreed delivery services form part of the purchase. Check measurements and access routes before ordering. Automatic order acknowledgement is not necessarily acceptance; acceptance normally takes place when we confirm or dispatch the order. If stock is unavailable, we will contact you and offer a lawful resolution, including a refund where required.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. Delivery and mandatory charges are displayed before checkout. Payment must be authorised before dispatch.
Delivery, access and collections
Our Shipping & Delivery policy explains delivery arrangements. Please provide accurate delivery and access information. Reasonable, evidenced charges caused by incorrect customer information or a missed agreed appointment may apply only where lawfully disclosed before purchase. We remain responsible for contractual performance by our suppliers and carriers. Our supplier or its appointed collection partner normally arranges furniture return collections through us; customers should contact us for the correct arrangements.
Cancellations, returns and faults
Our Returns & Refunds policy explains statutory cancellation rights and remedies for faulty furniture. A customer may bear direct change-of-mind return costs only where this obligation and the required estimate for goods not normally returnable by post were provided before purchase. Supplier-dispatched standard furniture is not automatically bespoke. Any exception for genuinely personalised items must meet the law and be explained before purchase.
Assembly and liability
Customers should follow supplied safety, care and assembly guidance. We are not responsible for damage proven to be caused solely by incorrect customer assembly or misuse, but this does not exclude liability for defects or inadequate instructions. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury from negligence, fraud or mandatory consumer remedies. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable as a consequence of our breach or negligence.
