We offer a 14-day returns period from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received so we can resell the item. If not in original packing we charge a 5% restocking fee.
Please note:
Return postage costs must be covered by the customer.
We need to be informed of any returns or damages within 3 days of receipt of delivery. If the customer changes their mind about a product this will be returned at customer cost within 14 days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
